Our Return Promise

We accept returns of most unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our saddles and tack.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Farrier Supplies (used tools cannot be resold)
  • Felt Cowboy Hats (due to sizing and hygiene considerations)
  • Dally Wrap & Calf Ropes (once used in competition)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

Easy Returns Process

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely pack your return with:

  • Original packaging (when possible)
  • All tags still attached
  • Original receipt or packing slip

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a return shipping label for US customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Exchanges

For size exchanges on western apparel or gear:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. No additional shipping charges for US exchanges
